Take exactly as prescribed, commonly with or after food if the approved label advises. Swallow with water. Do not add another NSAID or any cold/flu/pain product containing paracetamol. Never exceed the total paracetamol amount advised by the prescriber.

Aceclofenac inhibits cyclo-oxygenase activity and lowers prostaglandin formation involved in pain and inflammation. Paracetamol acts mainly within the central nervous system to reduce pain and fever.
